As part of our ISO qualifications, Edmik has defined quality objectives and adheres to them. A specially trained employee oversees the work of others, providing secondary support and emphasizing the importance of quality control.

Some clients require material certification as part of their approval process. Edmik can supply material certificates as required for a product.

Edmik has extensive experience meeting QC needs for demanding industries. The more rigorous the requirements, the more important consistent quality systems become.

Measuring instruments allow Edmik to quality-test the precision of each piece. Readings help ensure accuracy that meets or exceeds customer requirements.

Calibration tools include micrometers, pin gauges, optical comparators and coordinate measuring equipment. Edmik works closely with material vendors to provide high-quality raw material.
